"Free fishing days provide a great opportunity to teach children water safety and the basics of fishing, allowing them to create memories to last a lifetime, and hopefully experience the excitement of catching fish! It also makes us more aware of our natural environment," stated Gary Hawkins, Recreation Specialist at LBL.
